10-Day Return Policy

1. Exchange & Return Guidelines

Sahayta Jewellers offers its customers a 100% exchange option on their purchases. However, if you still wish to return a product, you are eligible for a 100% refund within 10 days if the product has a manufacturing defect. Otherwise, a 10% deduction will be applicable on the returned product.

  1. Orders above ₹1,00,000 will be eligible for exchange only for the total invoice value.
  2. In case of a return, the sum insured on the jewellery will not be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Non-Eligible Returns

  1. Items that show signs of damage, wear and tear, alterations, or resizing by any jeweller other than Sahayta Jewellers will not be accepted.
  2. The product must be as received, with all supporting documents and packaging.
  3. If the tag stating "Cannot be returned if torn" is removed, the return will not be accepted.

3. Exchange Policy

Customers are eligible for a 100% exchange of the purchase price within 10 days.

  1. If the exchanged product price is higher, the customer must pay the difference.
  2. If the exchanged product price is lower, the balance amount will be kept as store credit for future purchases.
  3. An order can only be exchanged once, after which it will be covered under the lifetime exchange policy.

4. Refunds & Payment Method Restrictions

  1. Orders paid through digital wallets (SafeGold), online vouchers, gift cards, or store credits are only eligible for exchange, not refunds.
  2. If no exchange is finalized, the amount will be kept in the Sahayta Jewellers wallet for future purchases.
  3. Tushi products are eligible only for exchange, not refunds.
  4. Custom-made (bespoke) jewellery is not covered under the 10-day return policy but falls under the lifetime exchange policy.
  5. If engraving, logos, or tags are removed, a 10% deduction on the invoice value applies.

5. Special Conditions

  1. Gold rates and offers applicable on the exchanged order will be based on current rates and offers (not the original purchase rate).
  2. Loose solitaire diamonds, gemstones, gold coins, bars, and frames are not covered under the 10-day return policy.
  3. Double Gold Rate Protection (DGRP) orders are eligible for a 10-day exchange only (not refunds), with a 10% cancellation charge.
  4. International orders (orders shipped outside India) are not eligible for returns.

6. How to Return a Product?

If you are dissatisfied with your jewellery at the time of delivery, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Sahayta Jewellers account and go to "My Orders" to request a return with the reason.
  2. Ensure the item is unused and securely packed with all original accessories, tags, boxes, invoices, and documentation.
  3. Contact customer support, and we will arrange a pickup from your location.
  4. Keep the return tracking number to track your package.
  5. Refunds will be processed within 10-14 working days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
    Damaged or Incorrect Product?
  1. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, we will replace or refund it free of charge after a quality check.
  2. For diamond jewellery, an IGI, GIA, HKD, or EGL certificate must be returned along with the item. If missing, the replacement cost will be deducted from the refund.
  3. Sahayta Jewellers will not be responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.

7. Return Packaging Instructions

  1. Step 1: Securely pack the item using the additional packaging materials provided. Do not use the original shipping box.
  2. Step 2: Do not use cello tape or additional wrapping; only use the provided security seal.
  3. Step 3: Seal and pack the shipment before handing it over to the courier. Attach the return invoice only.
  4. Step 4: Record a video while sealing the package for your safety and reference.
